Hi I just need some advice my child's father is trying to take my son in January he thinks I don't have stability for my son who's lived with me his hole
Life (he's 3 nearly 4) I have bad anxiety and he's saying I can't cope I'll loose everything including my son if I hand him over but he's mentally abusing me saying I'm a bad mum that I put my son in danger blah blah I need some advice on solicitors and courts I'm Gunna fight I want 50/50

Get a court order in place, he’ll have to let cafcass know about his concerns and they’ll talk to both of you and do a report before the court hearing. Unless there are any genuine issues with your parenting you’ll most likely get more than 50/50 if it’s not been 50/50 up til now, most likely he’ll get every other weekend and half the holidays, maybe an afternoon or overnight during the week every week too.
