OK to eat??

Not sure where this needs to go, but seeing as it would be fed to kids thought this would be fine!!

Took a pack of sausages out of freezer on Friday to defrost for dinner that night. Ended up having a couple of beers so sausages went in fridge and kebab was ordered!!

Was at parents last night so didn't get to eat them last night.... Would they be OK to cook and eat tonight?? Don't want to waste them but I'm really cautious about dodgy pork!!

TIA 😊

Most things say use within 24 hours of defrosting. If it's for small kids I wouldn't risk it.

I'd eat them, but I'm fairly relaxed with this kind of stuff. If they look fine and smell fine, as log as you cook them they should be alright.

I've never had food poisoning, I'd maybe be more careful if I had.
