Nits...

Really not sure what to do with this. Nieces who live down south arrived at my DM today for the Christmas period, DS following in a few days. My youngest niece who is 14 has had head lice for literally months, I think it’s over 6 months. My DS says she’s treating it but they’re still there [confusedConfused. My issue is that my 5 years old DD has had them 3 times and they’ve always been caught from my niece, I’ve even had them. Niece has just called me to say she wants to come and stay at ours. I’ll be honest, I don’t want to have to deal with the dreaded nits, takes bloody ages to get rid of. Would it be really awful to make an excuse up?!

if it was me i would be shampooing and combing all the kids hair i would not want my nieces suffering with bloody nits and i would be giving my sister a earful. But thats just me

if your honestly not happy with it tell your sibling the truth unless its treated before coming here sorry your not having it.

with my sister i help and tell the truth

I’d let her come and stay and I’d treat her nits properly while she was there!
