My little boy is 4. He’s had a funny tummy on and off for the last week or so- only in the night? He’s had a couple of nosebleeds which isn’t unusual for him. This afternoon he’s saying he has a bit of a headache. He just seems really run down. Is anyone else’s the same at the moment? I feel so sorry for him!!!!
