What time does your 12m old sleep

Ds turning 1 in 2 weeks. Up till now we've followed the Los schedule which worked well until now. I have to have naps done by 2pm when we leave for work/nursery 2 days a week (he won't sleep at daycare). He was having to go to bed at 6.30pm in order for him to be up at 6am to be tired enough for 9am nap. But he only has 10mins morning nap now just to get him through to lunch nap which is 12-2. 6am I can just about deal with haha, problem is he keeps waking at 5am, he babbles for half an hour but wakes me up regardless. He sleeps through but seems like 11 hours sleep at night is enough for him. Seems stupid that I'm putting him to bed early to get him up early all for a 10 min nap lol?! Tried this morning giving him his morning milk at 5.15am when he woke and put him back to bed and he did doze on and off until 7am. Now just need him to get through until 11.30/12 ish and have a big nap! Though if he's up at 2pm can't really put him to bed much later than 6.30pm can I? What times do your 1 year old go to bed/get up/nap and how long for?
