Hi, my daughter is 5 months old. Once her bottles are sterile i put them straight into the fridge when they are still hot if im in a rush.
Is this ok to do? Or must i wait for the sterile bottles to be cool.

By the way theres no water or formula in it, just the bottle

Can't you just keep them in the steriliser?

leave them in the stereliser/microwave/milton

Why would you put empty bottles in the fridge? Put them in a cupboard or leave them on the worktop

Assembling after sterilising is fine but they dont need to go in the fridge afterwards

Why would you put an empty bottle in the fridge? Just leave them in the steriliser.

Basically i use more bottles than the amount that can fit in a steriliser (5). If in the fridge it stays sterile for 24hrs.
I just need to know if putting them in hot will have any adverse effect

I just leave them in the steriliser 🤷‍♀️

It might warm up your fridge

They stay sterile for 24 hours if assembled and left out of the fridge too. Empty bottles don't need to be kept in the fridge. I used to put them in a cupboard

Thankyou everyone for your advice
