My 20 month old baby girl is teething final molars and having a really tough time. Has anyone any advise on how to get through teething molars without causing further problems. This has been going on for 6 weeks. She isnt eating food, having less than half of her milk intake, sleeping terribly, her afternoon nap is a mess. I dont know how to help her!
She has always been a good sleeper, from 6 months ive always put her down awake and she goes sleep on her own until 6/7am unless poorly so this has really knocked me.
The last few weeks have gotten worse and worse daily. Now, she wont go to bed herself, she screams to be out and cuddled to sleep. The last 4 nights she has woke at 11pm and will not settle so I've resorted to putting her in bed with me. Same with the last 2 days naps, in my bed. Cant bear seeing her so upset but i dont want her in my bed everynight. Her dad is currently sleeping on settee as he is up at 4am for work and with her in my bed she will wake with his alarm.
Ive given her teething sachets, calpol, nurofen, rubbed anbesol on her gums... nothing is helping and now im wondering if she is in pain or just wants to go asleep on me or in my bed. Im losing the will
