Shorter feeds - 3 weeks old

Hi all, my DD is 4 weeks on Sunday. Since the weekend she's taken much shorter feeds (EBF) - some only 10 minutes however she is taking feeds more frequently. We had a HV weigh her yesterday and she's gained 14oz in 8 days and is following the 9th centile (she was 2 weeks early and small at birth). Does this sound okay? Maybe a growth spurt?

I had my third child last weekend, I’ve concluded that as long as they are feeding then you just have to go with it. Feed on demand. Trust your instincts x

@Originalusernameunavailable I'm feeding on demand and ensuring she goes no longer than 3 hours without a feed - even if I have to wake her as she's still slightly jaundice so it's important she feeds well. Thanks for your reassurance!

It sounds fine. My youngest was only having at most 10 minute feeds by then, often only on one side. He gained weight great (80th centile). He was just really efficient and my supply was good.
