Hi everybody :) has anybody else's 16 months old completely dropped all naps? Were usually out a lot of the days at different activities etc so he usually has a 10 min car nap. However, we had a chill day the other day I put him for a nap even though he showed me no obvious signs of being tired just bevause I didn't want him to be cranky. However, he only had an hour 1pm til 2pm and he didn't go to bed until 9pm that night!! However, today he's not had a nap and wasn't showing any signs of crankiness or anything and was out like a light at 7pm tonight. Is he too young to drop naps though? Thank you xx

Not too young if it's right for him

No he's not to young to drop naps but I would encourage the nap if you can.
My 16 month old is down to one nap a day, around 12/1. Some days he'll sleep for 1 hour, 1h15, other days 45 mins. I moved his bedtime to 6.30/6.45 as any later and he is overtired and won't sleep. That's at nursery where they all seem to be perfect children. Last weekend I took him for a drive at 3 on as he just wouldn't sleep!!
