Poorly still three days after first vaccinations, with no appetite

Hello,

My twins had their first vaccinations on Tuesday and have been poorly and distressed ever since.
My main worry is they have really lost their appetite.
Do I just carry on or should I call the doctor?

Any advice appreciated xx

I would give 111 a call just to be on the safe side!
