10 week old off bottles

Hi all, really hoping someone will have some words of wisdom for me. My little boy is 10 weeks old. For the first 9 weeks he took expressed breastmilk from bottles, in recent weeks he was taking 4-5oz 6 times in 24 hours so anything between 24 and 30oz a day. I have stopped expressing for various reasons and started to introduce formula which he took no problem, started with one formula feed a day, upping to two etc etc until he has been exclusively formula fed for the last 4 days. For the last week or so unfortunately he has been sooo fussy when feeding, pushing bottles away, chewing on teat instead of taking it, wriggling and turning his head. Most feeds are taking about 40 mins or so for me to get 3 oz into him and it’s a massive struggle, sometimes I have to lie him down and let him suck his dummy then whip it away and put bottle in to trick him, but even this doesn’t always work!! But if I didn’t try things like this he genuinely wouldn’t eat. He sleeps pretty well, goes down at 7 and wakes once between 3 and 4 for a feed. Oddly he takes this feed no problem!! Same bottles, same formula, same everything. So frustrating and I am starting to dread when it comes to feeding time. Also filled with guilt for stopping pumping. Anyone any experience of this or words of wisdom? HV wasn’t much help. Thanks in advance!
