Milk collection shells - any good?

As per title, I leak so much and it seems a shame for it all to go to waste when I could collect & store as I pump daily for DH to feed once a day. Are the collection shells any good? How much do they generally hold? Any brand recommendations?

Hello - can’t recommend a brand because I was give some second hand but they’re really good and nice to know milk isn’t being wasted in a breast pad.
When I feed or pump I used to put one on the other boob to collect the let down milk. Now I use a Haaka on the other boob which I get a lot more from (but this uses suction hence why more comes out)
Wearing them round the house if you leak is a good idea but they do look pretty funny under a bra so probably not for use out and about ☺️
