Hi. Anyone ever taken their baby (3mo) through a car wash?

Not without closing the windows, no

welshweasel · 09/12/2019 14:45

Of course. Why not?

Quicker than a bath

The younger the better.. ideally if you’re really worried about being trapped with a screamer park next to one while the other cars are getting done as a test. If they start to look worried blast baby shark and sing.. no one remembers being 3months old so any trauma won’t be life long lol.

Definitely close the windows though.

Do you have a particularly sensitive baby? Mine wouldn't have given two hoots and still wouldn't at 10mo, but some babies are more sensitive to stuff like this IME. I would just crack on anyway, same as with any other normal life stuff.

Selfsettling3 · 09/12/2019 15:05

No because my babies have screamed in car seats.

As long as you strap the baby on to the bonnet well enough they should come out lovely and clean.
