Teething & premature babies.

I’m unsure how to calculate / track babies development.

She’s now 19 weeks and I suspect she has started teething. She’s barely slept the past 4 nights due to being irritable - she has been colicky but this was really improving the last couple of weeks. She’s been trying to suck on her hands more (although she hasn’t quite mastered keeping them in her mouth long enough), quite hot the past few days I’ve taken her temperature thinking she’s becoming ill but the highest it has been is 37.1 and dribbling which isn’t normal for her. So my question is am I being silly to think she is teething? Would I assess this going by her age 19 weeks or her corrected age 6 weeks?

Some babies are born with teeth, some get their first after their first birthday. I think you need to go on presenting signs rather than age
