Hello, I am a Single Parent- My 14yr DD is driving me insane. I can't cope with her at home. I am health worker. afraid to loose it and my job. we currently have a support worker, a plan in place, she does not follow any of the plan. i cant cope with her, she is out all day if i let her, steal from me ect, when she is gone she will not let me know where she is going until she comes home, she said her friends are doing the same,
I don't want lose my job, i am afraid i will lose it. i am tired of calling the police when she does not come home. feel i am getting closer to losing my job than giving in to her. its been 3yrs of problems
any advise??

you need to talk to your support worker about this.

a 14 year old isn't responsible for "following plans". she is clearly immature and impulsive and needs a lot more structure around her. You need a plan that sets out what you need to do. strangers on the internet don't know you or your Dd well enough to know what that plan should look like.

does your dd have rewards she can earn with good behaviour?
