Not sure where to post this but I have a question I can't find the answer to.
My work usually pay early for Christmas usually Friday before as get paid at the end of the month.
My question is if they pay early can they cut down my SMP?
My friend had this happen to her and she said she waited until the next month to get the extra. But I didn't think they could do this?
My work have never paid wages short when they have paid in early for Christmas. I'm really hoping it doesn't get cut short as it's low enough as it is.
