Chicken pox?

Hi, are these chicken pox? My son has already had mild chicken pox when he was a baby plus he's had the vacation for it. He has these spots dotted around his body/legs. None on the face or arms. He's totally fine in him self. Thanks if anyone can help xx

These look more like flea (or bed bug but it's hard to tell from the pictures) bites than chicken pox.

I think they look like bites to. When DS had it they didn't have a big red area around them

Oh my word really? He came home from nursery with these. Are they now in my house?

Did they go outside? Could be flies or other bug bites

Yeah they are always out side, even in the rain. The redness has gone down but one of them looks like it has a white head on it

Definitely looks like a bite.
