What's this rash?

Hi all, I'm hoping you can help me yet again! A small rash has appeared on my 9 week old son's face - next to his right eye and down towards his cheek. I'm not sure if its itchy as he keeps putting his hand around there but this may be coincidence as I'm not sure he has that kind of control yet. He is also very restless and seems to be hungry after having his normal 150ml comfort milk. I've attached a photo - the rash goes white when pressed and feels quite bumpy and rough in case that helps identify it at all. I may just be worrying over nothing!

Any advice you can give will be much appreciated - thank you.

Just to add - he doesn't have a fever.

I'm also unwell at the moment with a sore throat and chesty cough but DS isn't coughing so I don't think he has picked anything up from me.

My baby had something that looked like that and apparently it's baby acne and disappears eventually just as it came

Hers spread down her chest and on to her legs too

Baby acne, will go away by itself in time. My baby had the same. Was gone by about 5 months

If he is hungry give him more milk - feed on demand, he may be having a growth spurt

Erythema, also known as baby acne. May get worse before it gets better. Avoid baby products and moisturise with pure coconut oil. Try increasing feed volume until there is some milk left over after a a feed. If he is not hungry, it could be colic.
