Colic? Reflux? Tounge tie? Im so confused and lost with all this

I have a six week old baby boy, 1st child conceived after years of ivf.
I very much feel overwhelmed and a fish out of water in all this
Ill try and keep it brief.
Up till now he was bf'ing well. But recently his latch has gone poor. Hes fussing around nipple then letting out a scream in frustration.
Hr frequently brings up feeds. He doesn't settle after feeds
He cries and withers lying down on his back.
Sleeping is a nightmare for me and him

Ive been told it could be reflux or tounge tie by the sounds of it
But the only suggestions people give are private consultants costing hundreds
Apparently there's no help via my Gp as they can't dx tounge tie or prescribe reflux meds.
Is there no help on the NHS for this kind of thing? Is going private only option?

There are breastfeeding support sessions run by his where they can refer your baby for an oral check for tongue tie but I found the group a bit rubbish to be honest. LaLeche run sessions across the country and they are fantastic so I would recommend starting with your local one of them and if your still having issues attend the health visitor sessions and push for a referal to a lactation consultant. We got a lactation consultant for our little boy and she was amazing but it was a pedeatrician that got us our referal. LaLeche have been amazing since he had the tongue tie procedure though and it's a great change to meet other mums

GPs can Definitely help with reflux meds although you have to be quite pushy!
With silent reflux my boy had a very specific pain cry which is how we knew it wasn’t normal. We couldn’t put him down on his back at all.
