question about what size to buy 21mo from bright bots

Dd is 21 months & have finally decided to buy her bright bots/cut 4 cloth rather than squeeze her into mothercare/tescos or going for the next age up.

Do I buy her 18-24 clothes & accept she won't wear them for long, or buy 2-3 yrs & accept they'll be a bit big?

She wears mainly prefolds with cotton bottom covers which generally fit under trousers quite nicely but show over the waistband. She's pretty average size - currently has one pair of 12-18mo jeans from Mothercare that fit fine & 2 pairs from Next that are 18-24mos that I leave unbuttoned at the waist.

What do you think? Thanks.

I would go for the 2-3 size particularly as you are going to be spending a bit more money on these clothes you will want them to last as long as possible.

My son is 2.2 but very tall for his age he wears age 2-3 cut for cloth and they fit lovely but I will be amazed if he is still wearing them in 4 months time as he hasn't got much growing room in them.

Cut4Cloth did have a half price sale on their website so if you haven't checked it out it's definately worth a look. I do love their clothes they are beautifully made and very soft.
