I have an 18 month old daughter who will be having regular contact with her father through a court order. I am happy to let him have access every second weekend and one day for a meal on the alternate week. The problem is that he works an unusual rota that doesn't guarantee he will have every second weekend off. She starts nursery in April so I'm not agreeing to her staying with him through the week as it's not a routine and I'm not putting her with him 2 weekends in a row. Any ideas on what court will grant him? (Scotland)
