Having a rough day, trying to cut down on tv but finding it hard to enjoy 4 and 2yr old's company today. 2yr old is suspected ASD and can't be left unattended, hence my reliance on tv and also reasons for reducing. Toddler groups all closed for holds and no car.
4yr old just needs to start school and she'll be fine but right now we are squabbling like crazy.
I'm fighting the urge to knock myself up a lovely big plate of food to gorge myself on (already had lunch LOL) as I don't have any fags and can't think what else to do to try and chill out.
Coping mechanisms please!

Can you take them out for a walk to the park or just to the local shops or something? A good run around might tire them both out and give you a chance to get your head together?
