11 month old started waking for milk in night

My 11 month old used to be a perfect sleeper, slept through since 2 months old, until about 8/9 months is got slowly worse. He used to be settled with just the dummy but in the recent weeks he needs picking up and cuddling to sleep. Then he got an ear infection a couple of weekends ago, he's better now but has been waking up for a bottle during the night ever since! I miss having a good sleeper 😩 he doesn't take much of his bottle before bed just bats it away then wakes up and drains 7oz at 2am. Any ideas?

Oh and he sleeps at my mum's most Fridays and he sleeps through there every time

There’s a sleep regression around this age. Plus separation anxiety, growth spurt, learning to walk/talk/cruise etc etc can all affect sleeping patterns. Baby sleep isn’t linear, so many things can affect their wakings.

Can you try a dream feed at 11ish and see if that helps going through the night?

Dream feed isn't a bad idea, he did used to wake up at 10pm initially when he was poorly for a bottle but now it's the early hours, not sure if it made a difference but definitely be worth a try! Interesting that there is a sleep regression too, hopefully this is a phase that will pass
