Large rice cakes

Are they ok for 7 month old? Not baby marketed ones, just regular rice cakes (unsalted).

I'm assuming it's fine but then it occurred to me the rice chunks in it may not be as fine as the baby ones and so maybe not ideal?

I gave my children these with no issues. You'll fine a lot of baby/toddler snacks are pretty the much same as regular ones - just marketed differently!

As you say they are unsalted and I don't believe they melt any differently.

Just check the salt levels, unsalted may mean no added salt as favouring but otherwise fine!

The baby ones are often flavoured with fruit juice to make them taste a bit nicer, I quite like the apple ones with peanut butter Grin

They're fine, pretty sure they were one of dds first foods. If anything they're less crispy (so easier to eat) than the baby ones as they don't have the favouring.
