Hi,

I've been BF now for 12 weeks, I am wanting to stop soon. I've lost quite a lot of weight from doing it.
Will I gain weight when I stop? What's people's experiences of this when stopped?
Thanks x

No experience of stopping yet, sorry, Im hoping to get to the recommended 2 years, but just wanted to say well done for feeding for 12 weeks. It is hard work but your baby has had so many benefits. Baby will never thank you but you are doing a great thing.

I lost a lot of weight in the first few months. Vowed to look after myself so I didn't put it back on. I'm still feeding now at 19 months but most of it is back on 😢
