Baby diarrhea? 6 week old

Hi everyone
I'm hoping someone could help with a question I have.
We went to the doctors two days ago as my little one was kicking and air punching every time a dirty nappy was due. Doctor prescribed gaviscon for her bottles (she is formula fed).
My baby usually does one every two days however did one yesterday which was normal ..but today did another one which was watery with some chunks (sorry if tmi).
Baby has been super settled today and not upset. We have been commenting on how dreamy she has been today.. so this has worried me. She didnt cry or anything. It was the smell that made me aware.
I cant see anything online linking it to gaviscon or that it's ok if no other unsettled symptoms.
Could anyone shed light on this and if I should be worried?
She has had wet nappies all day, so not dehydrated.
Many thanks

Gaviscon causes constipation. It could be constipation and overflow. Definitely need to get it checked out.

From your description I’m a bit confused as to why gaviscon was subscribed.

Thank you @Selfsettlingat3.
I'm unsure too and took it for face value to just do as doctor says. I will stop it straight away and check with the health visitor on monday.
It has just caught me off guard as she has been great all day then did that. First time mum worrying about everything!
