Gripe water

What are people's opinions on gripe water?
Does it help with constipation and wind?

We used it for quite a while during the colic phase. Tbh I’m not entirely sure if it’s more psychological with those types of things that you think it’s made a difference just because you’ve given something. Although when we tried to wean the amount of gripe water we gave it we missed a dose it did seem to make a difference?
