Can anyone recommend good books/tips for prearing my nearly 3 year old for the birth of our ds in December - thanks

Thanks Loopymumsy - will look those books up. My dd seems quite into it all and has decided she is pregnant and will be having a puppy!

I got the baby to say goodnight to ds from the womb (tiny voice, 'goodnight ds, I love you' after I'd said goodnight. I also chatted to him in the voice of the baby before the baby was born. Kept up the voice thing after dd was born 'oh big brother, I love you SO much!' 'I wish I could eat chocolate like you big brother'.

I got ds1 to choose a present for baby. When he 1st saw ds2 and gave pressie we gave ds1 a pressie from his brother
