You'll probably find they sleep for a lot of it! My DD isn't a big sleeper to be honest and still slept for most of our flight recently when she was 8 months. Other than that she sat quite happily on our laps with a few (quiet) toys and books to play with. Plenty of milk and a few snacks and she barely whinged for the whole 4.5 hours either there or back.

Take some snacks and toys, we always go extra leg room so they can some space to stand a play infront of your on the floor. As above mine have always slept most of the flight, we try to go early morning or evening flights so they will be tired xx

I agree with the others they will probably sleep for a lot of the time. Take their favourite toys and books and plenty of snacks In my opinion it gets more difficult once they are walking. The only bother is all the luggage you need to take!

Walk around the plane. It helps if it's a night flight as they'll sleep.when they are older you need to occupy them more.

Thanks all. It's a morning flight so she will be up quite early so hopefully will sleep a lot of the time. Will def get her a new toy to take on board and lots of snacks. Once again thanks xx
