Wanting to BORROW a used Bambineo (not a dirty one... that would be wrong on so many levels...)

Trying to test absorbancy things, but I only have wambamboos, no bambineos and I don't really want to get a new one do the oodles of washes to reach full absorbancy etc just for a test.

Soooooooooo - would anyone be prepared to lend me a bambineo that has been washed at least 10 times, for about a week so I can play?

DS tends to be very unco-operative with these tests and poos after about 5 mins.

I plan to put him in the nappy and a poppered vest - when the vest is wet we have a time... (of course they will be matching vests, and activity periods - no naptime or anything which could skew results).

btw - we are getting only up to 2 hours (mostly much less) out of a bumgenius (same for a disposable mind)... but littlest rat is drinking for england atm so that could be why... should i just order a bunch more inserts and double up, you think?

Yeah, try bunging in another insert. Just make sure that it doesn't pull the fabric so the fleecey bit if facing out, or it will wick.

(Oh, just so you don't think I'm nuts... Mozzy mentioned the labcoat etc in an email, I replied thinking it was in this thread!

My DS manages to poo 5 mins after a nappy change, I'm lazy and use a fleece liner in order to save the nappy (obv I'm lucky that DS poo is of that consistency)

Would that invalidate your results flame?? If you put a fleece in every nappy, that consistent at least.

BTW Bambineo now dry and will post as soon as poss. Hacked off that SiL came round while I've been at work and cleaned up and seems to have chucked all those nice plastic envelopes that are ace for sending nappies in. DH is in bad books for letting her clean.
