I’ve looked everywhere on the internet including Mumsnet which of course had the answer but only about 3 comments on the thread I’m hoping someone will be able to help me or have a similar experience! I had an emergency csection in January 2018 fast forwards about 4 months I was still having trouble with my scar, the doctor prescribed me with anti inflammatories as she thought that might be the cause. Unfortunately the tablets were so strong it ripped the lining of my stomach and I got gastritis and was in hospital for a night.
Over a year later and I’m constantly bloated. If I drink too much coffee or more than 2 glasses of alcohol I feel very acidy and if it’s alcohol I’m getting sick all day the next day. I am now on pantoprazole or whatever it’s called but still feeling very acidy in my stomach. I don’t go on nights out very much but the thoughts of never being able to have more than 2 glasses of alcohol or coffee?? Someone please help I haven’t found anyone that has had a similar experience !
