Real nappies and a newborn?

I use motherease one size on my Dd but I didn't start using them until she was a couple of months old as they were just too big.
I'm pregnant again and I really want to use cloth nappies from the start this time, so could anyone recommend good nappies for newborns?
Thankyou!

(is embarassed now) When my nappies were leaking during the night and night boosters just weren't doing the job I popped a towelling wipe with a fleece back between the nappy and the wipe, just under Dd's bum. The nappies haven't leaked since and I must admit I love those wipes, I use them for everything.

Have you not got a local Environappies service? Ours is fantastic - they provide all the stuff and wash it for you - still cheaper than nappies and I feel good about soing something a bit greener

I had lent my newborn Bimbles to a friend, and she gave them back yesterday. Well, it's a good job I'm already pg cos they are just sooooooooooo tiny and soooooooooooo cute that I'd be busting for another baby to put them in! I can't wait for new baby to arrive so I can get out my gorgeous tiny nappies again!! Only 6 months to go.....
