Difference between joie ispin 360 and joie 360

Looking for a car seat for when my 9 month old outgrows the infant carrier. Currently have a joie every stage and a joie stages but both of them only rear face with the seat belt as far as I'm aware so I've been looking at getting a joie 360 because it appears to be isofix for both rear and forward facing. I plan to rear face for as long as possible so want it to be isofix. I also currently have a car which only has 3 doors so it would make life easier getting baby in and out.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the joie 360 and the joie 360 ispin? Apart from the 80 quid price difference. I'm happy to pay the extra if it's a better seat but not because it's a different colour or something.

I would go into my local mothercare but they've never appeared to know their arse from their elbow when I've asked the most basic of questions so I'm not that hopeful and don't know where else to ask?

We have the spin joie car seat(that’s the only one we looked at as I knew I wanted one that could spin) so I’m not sure of all the differences but they can spin to face rear or forward facing. The main benefit for us was being able to put them in sideways so not bent over fighting to get them in the car however if you have a 3 door then that may not be a huge benefit although it would mean you could place baby in forward facing and then spin them to rear facing? Sorry I’ve not been much help. We have no complaints about the seat very happy with it, started using from around 12 months

The I-spin has a couple of extra safety features, an extra recline position, and seems to have a slightly easier spin mechanism. Was just doing some research on this very subject for myself yesterday so I can’t give you my actual experience with using it but I can tell you I decided the extra money is worth it for the i spin

iSpin is an iSize seat - so follows the newer EU safety regs. The normal 360 is not an iSize.

Ispin has a height limit for rear facing at 110cm I think whereas the other one hasn't - it's when their head is over the thing that pulls up.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Can anyone confirm it is definitely isofix for both front and rear facing please?

I bought the ispin today, went to mothercare and got it fitted and yes it is isofix front and rear facing (and everything in between). I’d read some scary stuff about shops that provide fitting services not doing it properly but the ispin (and maybe the spin too, I don’t know) has indicators that go green when it’s been attached properly so that’s giving me peace of mind. It’s so easy to spin I think I shall love it (but again the cheaper version might be too, I didn’t try it)
