9mo food and sleep

My son is 9mo next week.
He does what he wants when he wants a god help me I just want some sort of routine now I'm back in work.

Currently he has a bottle first thing (this can be anytime between 5-7am)
Then breakfast at 8.30/9 am
Lunch 11.30/12 pm
Snack 3 pm
Tea 5/5.30pm

Now- currently he won't drink his bottle at bed time and just falls asleep at 7 and sometimes wakes about 9/10 and has some bottle. Sometimes he doesn't!
He can wake at 2am and want a bottle. Or not til the morning. Or sometimes wakes at 6.30 and won't drink his bottle.

I never know whether I'm coming or going and don't know what I'm doing wrong.
He likes food- I have no idea if I'm giving him enough? But surely if he was still hungry at bed time he would drink his bottle?

I dropped the 3pm bottle for a snack cos he just wouldn't drink it but he will eat.

Naps are all over the place really.

Help me.

You could perhaps try adding a milky pudding to tea if you don't already... Yogurt with fruit, or semolina made without sugar. Might help if he prefers foods to milk? We also went through a phase of the bedtime bottle not being drunk, so we moved tea time earlier (to 5, with bedtime at 7) which helped a bit. She started sleeping through at about 10 months, not sure why though!

Is he having enough milk? My 10mo still has 5x 8oz a day plus 3 meals. I know if he doesn't eat enough in the day then he's prone to waking at night. Try milky meals as suggested?
