Hi!

I'm due DD2 in a few months and will have a 20 month old when she is born. I've been trying to decide whether to get a tandem buggy or just have the baby in a sling/toddler in buggy and then baby in buggy/toddler on a boogy board. Then the other day I really had to wrestle DD1 into the buggy and wouldn't have been able to do that with a baby strapped to me!

We've had a silver cross and been really happy with it. I can't find a second hand tandem one in our price range but have seen a tandem iCandy on eBay that we could buy. Its £500.

From your experiences of having children with a similar age gap, is it worth getting a tandem? Thanks!

I have had gaps of 14 months and 20 months to mention a few!! Sanity saver was a double buggy every time!!
Bit of practice I had them napping at the same time.

Thanks windy! Good to know and sounds like you know what you're talking about with regards to having more than one! X
