Ex 'D'p warned he would lie to CMS, help ?

Not my 1st post but have made a new account. Hope this topic is appropriate.

Ex who is self employed threatened he would lie to CMS so he'd only need to pay 12% of the little amount he told them he was getting.
Has his own company (no employees) and will transfer a very little amount into one bank account from his company bank account to look like his pay is very little.

Suppose 12% of £1 would be better than what he's paid for the last 8 months, but besides the point...

Anyone any idea a way he couldn't get away with doing so ?

My friends ex done this and he got found out. They take a lot more off him now :) he wasn't declaring the vast amounts of overtime he worked. A phone call to them may go a long way, they will have seen every trick in the book from these idiots...

You're right they will have seen every trick in the book, I didn't think of it like that. Suppose it's just another threat from him to try and control me !
