6vweek old so fussy

My little girl is 6 weeks old and is so fussy. I just want to sit and hold and cuddle her all day. I would love for her to fall asleep on me.
She always squirming and fidgeting and never seems comfy, then results in her screaming. But she's the same if I put her down anywhere.

Is it wind?
Reflux - try holding her up right.
Over tired - they should only be awake for 90 mins at a time at this age.

Another one for reflux.

Look up reflux or silent reflux if little one isn’t actually vomiting. My little boy started at 2 weeks, the world colic was used a lot but it was all day long ! Thought it was wind or something to start with but it was silent reflux. Hope you are both ok, the newborn phase is hard.

Another vote for reflux.

Or does she have any signs of a milk intolerance? Poor skin, eczema, bad nappies and wind, pain associated with feeding or reluctance to feed? Any issues with weight gain etc?

Thank you for your replies, I do think she suffers with relux and have changed her bottles and milk and they have helped abit. I think it's more over tired, but I just can't seem to settle her. She loves the carrycot, but really don't want to constantly walk the streets, especially when it's always raining lately.
I've tried swaddling, dummy, rocking, swaying, limiting the time of wake time and I just can't seem to get it right. She will have 2oz of milk then pull away from bottle then 30 mins want some, so offer her some more and will only take 1oz. I must have the balance all wrong or something.
I will put her in her carrycot at home and rock the pushchair, but really just want to cuddle and enjoy this stage 🙏

As I said, reluctance to feed and strange feeding habits like this can be a symptom of an allergy.

My son used to scream to be fed but when offered the breast he would push away from me or he would only feed for about 30 seconds then pull off and cry again. This would go on and on. It was this that partly led to his CMPA diagnosis, alongside his bad reflux and the fact he was unsettled, unhappy and upset pretty much all day, every day.

Got her weighed this morning and putting on weight lovely. She hasn't got bad skin or excema, her nappies seem fine, although she does grunt, go red in the face and strain a bit before hand. She has her 6 week anti natal on Monday, I will speak to the GP about an allergy and hope they can help.
How would they go about checking for an allergy. I bet they just try and fob me off as usual.
Thank you for your reply.

Try walking around with her in a sling.
