Milk has come in - when will it settle

Hi,

My milk has come in on day 2 and my breasts are so full and heavy.

How long does it take for them to settle down?

I'm swapping sides and making sure the latch is correct

A couple of days - both times I've had one really bad night then it's got a lot better from there. Do follow the advice- express a bit by hand if you need to etc as it does help! Also I've found my hormones craziest on day 3 - look after yourself

Know that pain very well like pp normally a couple of days to about a week-i could never get used to hand Expressing so got a medela pump really easy to get on with. Good luck x

The pain/ overfull? A few days. Not leaking etc and supply regulated, at least 6 weeks for most people
