Hello! I made the mistake of buying a highchair that looked smart, but is in fact a pain the arse to clean. Can anyone recommend one which will stand up to entended use (as i'm pregnant now too) and has removable straps and tray?

Also, travel cot is going to break if DS is in it much longer. It's used as an inpromptu playpen when i need the loo/to get dressed etc, but looking at him in it now, i think he's going to break it

just a point on the handysitt - it is great and we use it daily. however it isn't light so not that great for taking out and about! for that you're much better off with an inflatable booster like this or the cloth harness mentioned earlier.

The handysitt is also not brilliant if you have a smaller baby or a messy eater, as no tray (we have one, have abandoned it for my 14 month old in favour of a Mcare plastic booster with tray).

We started out with a Kuster as we wanted something wooden and smart. Bugger to clean, flat contourless tray meant food just got swiped off. Ebayed it, got a Chicco Happysnack instead - couldn't be happier with it! Easy to use and so much easier to clean!
