am i allowed to show off? just potty trained dd in 4 days! yay!!!!!!

she is 2.7 and start to finish it took her 4 days- 1st day almost doesnt count as she just weed and pooed in her knickers all day then 2nd day it just clicked with the wees and by end of 4th day she was pooing on potty/toilet as well. 6 days from the start now and she is taking herself to the toilet, pulling down knickers and skirt, getting the stool, putting her seat on the loo and doing it all herself! soooooo proud of her, am going to buy her a lovely pressie for her hard work . just had to share it with you!

That is brilliant Don't be surprised if she regresses a little over the next couple of weeks though...flying starters sometimes do that. Lots don't though! Now if she'd just have a little word with ds (same age) about not pooing in his pants I'd be most grateful

well, she did it before xmas and was dry and clean for 2 months then ds2 was potty trained (he has asd so had probs starting) she regressed and had been in nappies since then! fingers crossed she keeps at it then eh?
