Baby not sleeping in her cot

So my DD is 10 months and for the past few nights gets absolutely hysterical when I try to get her to sleep in her cot. The only way to get her to sleep is on me and in our bed. She's been snotty and dribbling everywhere so I think it's teething. Any advice and hope that this won't last forever?

No advice but just wanted to say you're not alone. My 8 month old really doesnt like her cot even though I've bumped it to the bed ( as she was in a next to me just fine!) I've taken to safely co sleeping for my own sanity as much as anything. I keep trying and having odd bits of success but not a lot!
