2 hrs supervised contact with children per month

Just wondering what you all think. My lasy post was a bit brief.

Childrens mother currently sees them for 2 hours per month, supervised, which we pay for at £130.

She hadnt seen them since 16th August as had been on holiday, and last week didnt turn up as didnt want to sit in traffic. We lost the £150, which is annoying as dont really have that spare.

So my question is if we return to court, where do we go from there? Or do we have to keep forking out for her not to show?

Completely confused

who are you in this scenario?
Why are you paying?

Love menorca

We have full residence of husbands 3 kids. Court set visitation last year, meaning she can only see them supervised. Since then due to various reasons (mostly refusal to adhere to court order in any way) contact has got less and less.

We have to pay (court said) so she has no excuse not to come really.... however she doesnt show up.
