My baby is 3 weeks old and is formula fed, he is having 4oz every 3 hours but recently seems to be hungry all the time and wants to feed after 2 hours! Is he having too much?

Hi there op it's normal they all tend to feed a lot on demand they have small tummies and may even be going through a growth spurt so will want more milk

Nope.

Babies eat when they are hungry.

When they aren't hungry they will close their mouths.

Is he draining the bottle? If yes then you need to be offering more milk. Babies should be feed on demand, when they show hunger cues and stop feeding when they have had enough, this means there should always have milk left in the bottle.
