Wellies for a non-walker?

My DS is nearly 13 months and a cruiser and climber but not walking yet.

Nursery have said that they all need wellies now that we're getting into Winter.

I dont know what to get? I've seen some fleece-lined pram boots at Next but should I be getting something sturdier?

Nursery said you can get pram-welly things but I can't find them anywhere?....

I'm on a budget so can't afford more than £15-20

Please help!

Jo jo mama Bebe sell them for £15. Try googling waterproof baby socks rather than wellies
