Crispy Crunchy Kissaluvs!

I bought a couple of second hand Kissauvs.

They are horridly crunchy

Have washed them about 3 times now, with and without powder. Also tumble dried them but to no avail.

Am I flogging a dead horse?

White vinegar in the conditioner draw is supposed to help. I'm sure there will be other suggestions forthcoming

maybe.. i bought secondhand bimbles and while i loved them, and they did the job wonderfully, nothing I did got rid of the crunchiness. Luckily they are fleece lined so it didn´t matter as far as ds was concerned but it did bother me.
