Dd is 3.5 and seems surgically attached to me atm. From the moment she wakes up, she screams for me, and if her dad goes in to her instead of me she has conniptions. If we’re both there with her, she only wants me to do stuff with her, but if she’s alone with DH, she gets on fine with him.
Afaik, DH is a good dad. Our relationship is generally ok, but we have had some arguments recently, which we’ve then made up.
Dh is getting increasingly downhearted that she keeps rejecting him, and tbh, I’m getting a bit fed up with the whole thing.
Has anyone else had this? Is it just a phase or do we need to do something about it?
