Silent relux and colic - what is the difference?

Hi just wondering what is the difference between silent relux and colic?
My daughter will arch her back and scream full some feeds in throughout the day. It's not on every feed but more than often it is. She also struggles with burping and gas.
Should I change her formula?

Could be allergy to cow milk?
Try a formula not made from cows to cancel it out.

Have you tried the colic relief drops. My baby has been the same since he was born he is now 4 and a half months. Doctors have said silent reflux, Colic etc. I have got medicine for the silent reflux which didn't work and also gave him constipation. We had him on C&G comfort didn't really make that much of a difference so changed him back to the normal C&G comfort so we could try the infant gavison ( made a little difference)... What is working at the minute is the Colic relief drops and an oral gel for thrush in the mouth. Pulling away from bottles and crying during feeds can also be a sign of thrush as it can cause discomfort when swallowing. I'm not a Pro, I'm taking everyday as it comes but every bit of information helps I suppose 😊
