Quick question on behalf of a friend,
Will it be classified as paternity fraud if a woman convinced a man he was the father when her actual partner is the father and is on the birth certificate?
She's convinced the man on the certificate is the father but her ex still believes he is the father.
The father not the birth certificate as in the ex hasnt paid anything at all.
