Snotty phlegmy baby

My dd (7 weeks) is really snotty/phlegmy at the moment, especially after feeding (bfing). She sounds really bunged up, is there anything I can do for her?

You can get a little pot of menthol crystals from most chemists - just a couple in a sinkful of very hot water and hang out in the bathroom for a while.

Do you have a sling? If you wear her for a bit in the day it might help her to get some un-snotty sleep.

Otherwise, as said in the PP. Hope she is better soon!

Thanks for the advice. She seems well enough, just snorting in a v unladylike manner all the time! I'll try those suggestions out.

Thanks
