Colic and bath time

Little one is 8 weeks old. Is fairly grumpy (colicky) in the evenings.
Loves a bath but is very grumpy after.
What's best in this situation? Do I try and bath every evening at 6/7, and deal with the upset afterwards and hope it's not every night?

My DS is 8wks and has colic too. He’s usually upset from 5.30. We do bath about 7.15pm then he’s usually ok after

Is it the bath or the time of day?

My ds 11weeks is the exact same, sooo chilled and happy in the bath whether that be the big bath with me or his snuggle bath... The second he's out he goes absolutely nuts there is just no consoling him and it was really quite scary as I thought he must be in severe pain. I've now discovered if I get to the bedroom as fast as I can and turn the hairdryer on high speed medium heat and blow it on his feet etc he calms down. I think the mix of the white noise and the temperature is soothing. He soon forgets he was crying

With ds he was so upset in the evenings that we just did baths in the morning.
He's just 3 months now and the colic is pretty much gone. I still do bath in the morning as he has a bedtime routine now and has started sleeping through the night
